When I first stepped into the real estate world years ago, my goal was simple: to build my own investment portfolio. What started as a personal venture quickly evolved into something bigger—helping other investors grow their portfolios and navigate the often complicated world of real estate.
Over time, after being involved in countless transactions—both as an investor and as a licensed professional—I noticed a recurring problem: many homeowners were overwhelmed by the traditional home-selling process. That realization led me to create Property Merchants, LLC, a brokerage built from an investor’s perspective, but tailored to meet the unique needs of everyday sellers.
