When I first ventured into the real estate industry years ago, I did so with the hopes of building my own Real Estate Investment Portfolio. This grew into me helping other investors build and grow their portfolios as well. Now after being involved in many transactions both from the consumer side and Real Estate professional side, I’ve realized that there was a real need in the industry to help sellers avoid the headaches often associated with the typical home-selling process. This is why I Founded Property Merchants, LLC. We are a unique Brokerage in the Industry, because of our Investor background. Having this allows us to focus more specifically on our clients, and their exact needs. Each person and each property has its own uniqueness and with this we create a unique strategy for each client to sell their homes faster for the most amount of money.
Throughout my years of experience, not only have I helped alleviate the stress of selling for numerous clients, but I’ve also bought, renovated & SOLD hundreds of Properties throughout the Philadelphia Area for myself, business partners & Investor Students of mine.
My goal is to provide the highest level of service to my clients and I take deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals. So much so that I decided to share all of my expertise in one place with potential clients, and that’s why I published a book on the subject.
